Q:  How does the process work when selling my house to you?
A:   The process is very simple. You can either fill out the fast offer form or give us a call to give us information about the house you want to sell. If the house is one that would fit our investment criteria we will schedule to see the house. When we meet you at the house we walk through and look at what repairs or other changes are necessary. Using this information, we can usually make you an offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will draw up a contract that is then taken to a title company. The title company prepares for the closing. You receive your money for the house at the closing and you’re done!

 

Q:  Do you buy houses that need a lot of repairs?
A:   Of course. Most of the houses we buy need repairs. Those are the ones we actually prefer. Don’t worry about any level of repairs. We can handle anything.

 

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. As you know, house values have taken a huge hit in the last 5 years and most areas still haven’t seen prices come back up. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.

 

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house (and we’ll pay for the closing costs too!). No hassle. No fees.
